Additionally, USB outlets are available on the queen and king beds, and a baby gate is also provided for your convenience.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed along with a smart TV and retro gaming system.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in unit.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.
• All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Please Note: A mandatory Resort Fee of $22.50 per night, per unit is due directly to Regal Palms Resort at check-in. This fee grants access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as on-site parking.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located over the entryway porch, actively monitoring the driveway & entryway. The second is located over the rear patio, actively monitoring the patio.
• Complimentary Pack n’ Play and highchair included.

Outside of the Regal Palms Resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.

The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (14 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Hollywood Studios (12 miles), Animal Kingdom (11 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles) and Sea World (18 miles)!

Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Important Property Rules (HVAC Settings): Please do not set the HVAC system below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Doing so can overwork the unit, leading to the possibility of it freezing and causing significant damage.
Guests: Only registered guests are permitted.
Parties: No parties or events, please.
House Care & furniture: Please handle furnishings, décor, and fixtures carefully. Please don't move or rearrange any furniture or decor accessories.
Report Damages: Notify us immediately about any damages.
For safety, no open flames or candles.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
