- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Things to Note:
- 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 cooler provided for guest use.
- This is a 2nd-floor unit.
- Complex will be performing a pool replasting project from April 15 - May 3, 2024. Pool will be unusable for this time. Only pool guests will be able to use the Kona public pool (Kona Aquatic Center).

But when you’re ready to get out and explore, you’re minutes away from the very attractions that draw visitors to the island. Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs.

When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.

Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
