Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, also accessible via the hallway, with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

The home also includes a half bathroom with a pedestal sink.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Please note: The basement is privately occupied by the owner, but all guest spaces remain fully private throughout your stay.
• Driveway parking for 6 vehicles available. Guests should park to the left side of garage door. This is to allow for snow plow removal.
• AWD or 4X4 vehicles are recommended during winter months.
• This home is equipped with three (3) exterior security cameras;
o (1) located at the driveway and actively monitoring the driveway and front steps,
o (2) located at the lower-level entrance and actively monitoring the street and mountainside,
o (3) located at the patio door and actively monitoring the deck.

- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
