Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed and a twin size futon.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

1. No Smoking: Smoking of ANY kind is not permitted inside the property. Guests can smoke 25 feet from the building and MUST dispose of cigarette trash.
2. No Parties: The property is for residential use ONLY. No loud gatherings or parties are allowed to respect the neighbors and maintain Lake Havasu City's peaceful environment. Quiet hours are 10 pm.
3. Respect the property: Please treat the home and its contents carefully. Any damage to the property or its belongings will be the responsibility of the guest.
4. Security & Safety: For your safety and security, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
5. Early check-in and check-out may be allowed with advance notice. An additional $30. fee per hour will be charged.
