Housed within the resort of White Sands Village in the gorgeous town of Kailua-Kona, guests will get to enjoy a plethora of onsite amenities including a shared BBQ pavilion, billiards room, community pool, and hot tub. You are also ideally located for days spent exploring the island and enjoying nearby activities.

For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. Great spot in Kona, right across from the water (although like many places on the big island, we couldn’t get in the water there due to the waves and rocks). It was our first time to the big island. Loved this place, the pool and hot tub were a hit (although some of the owners who lived there were a bit strict about the pool rules ie no jumping in or floaties). I would say that you definitely need a car because there isn’t too much directly around, but it’s close to the DT so it’s not too bad to go get food (but not walkable). I would recommend snorkeling 3 mins south at Kagaku Beach park! My only issue with this place was the mattresses, they were very springy and anytime my wife moved, it moved me. I thought I would mention it, because it would have made a difference to me knowing beforehand (I’m a light sleeper so it made sleeping challenging and because there were no extra blankets, I couldn’t sleep anywhere else). But, other than that, it was a great spot and recommend it.
