- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Things to Note:
- Check-in at the front desk is required. Guests must pay a mandatory key and hotel services fee upon arrival. These fees are not included in the rental price.
- There is no daily housekeeping, nor is there an option for arranging with the hotel.
- Requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure.
- Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.

The hotel is a block from Ala Moana Beach Park and a 6-minute walk from the Hawaii Convention Center. The bustling and picturesque Waikiki Beach is an easy 1.3-mile walk or quick drive.
