This five-bedroom, five-bath villa in the ChampionsGate resort sleeps up to twelve. Three king bedrooms give the adults room, and two themed kids’ rooms (Star Wars and Frozen) make the trip feel special for younger guests. The main floor opens from the high-ceilinged living room to the kitchen and dining area, and an upstairs loft with a pool table gives the group a second hangout. Outside, there’s a private screened pool and spa. Up to two dogs are welcome.

🌳 POOL & OUTDOOR SPACE:
The private pool is fully screened, and a raised spa spills right into it, so adults can soak while kids swim. Under the covered lanai, an outdoor sofa for three and extra chairs give you a shady place to sit. Three chaise loungers line the sunny side of the deck. The living room slider and the primary bathroom both open onto the lanai, so it’s easy to move between the pool and the house.

Guests also have access to the ChampionsGate resort clubhouse. It has a large resort pool, a lazy river, water slides, and a kids’ splash playground, plus a poolside bar, a bar and grill, a movie theater, an arcade, a fitness center, sports courts, and golf.

The living room has a double-height ceiling, tall windows, and a chandelier, so it’s bright all day. Two ivory leather sofas seat three each, and accent chairs face a Smart TV with cable for movie nights. A sliding door opens to the pool lanai, so you can keep an eye on swimmers from inside. Upstairs, the loft has a pool table and its own Smart TV, which gives older kids or adults a separate space for games.

🍳 KITCHEN & DINING:
The kitchen has white quartz counters, blue-gray cabinets, and stainless appliances. An oversized island with bar seating for four is the natural gathering spot while meals come together. Both a drip coffee maker and an on-demand single-serve brewer are on hand, so early risers and late sleepers each get their coffee their way. The dining table seats eight, enough for the whole group.

House Rules

- This property is non-smoking. Violator will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
- Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
- This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
