When you arrive, the living room draws your attention to the large windows overlooking the water, with a sectional sofa providing space to gather. Just around the corner, the open kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with additional seating. Prepare meals while chatting with your group, then gather to enjoy time together before heading to the game room. Ping pong, a basketball arcade game, skee-ball, and air hockey offer several options for friendly competition, while the separate loft provides additional space within the home's layout. The open arrangement makes it easy for your group to move between cooking, conversation, and indoor entertainment.

This home accommodates up to 12 guests across 3 bedrooms and a loft.

Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed and a twin sleeper sofa, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and a white single-sink vanity.

Bedroom #2 includes two bunk beds, one twin-over-twin and the other twin-over-full, and connects to Bedroom 3 via a Jack-and-Jill style ensuite with a dual vanity & shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen-size bed.

The loft includes a full-size sleeper sofa.

The first-floor half bathroom includes a pedestal sink.

• A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
• The fireplace is not available for guest use.
• This home is equipped with 3 external security cameras: (1) located at the side of the house and monitoring the side of the house that the RV is on, (2) located at the driveway garage area and monitoring the driveway and into the neighbor's front yard, and (3) located at the back of the house and monitoring the back yard and dock

- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in this residence.
- Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the rental agreement. People other than those in the guest party set forth in the agreement may not stay overnight at the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
- Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
- The property owner and the property management company are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while in the residence. The homeowners are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
- Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Be sure to notify us of any damages or issues.
- Do not flush any feminine products down the toilet. Only toilet paper should be disposed of in the toilets.
- Please use makeup wipes instead of white towels for any makeup removal.
- Please do not use bath towels for lake activities. There are lake towels provided for boating and the lake activities.
- Please throw all trash bags in the outdoor trash bins.
- Please do not set the AC below 69 degrees.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- Please be mindful of the neighbors.
