Inside, the living room features comfortable couches, a smart TV, and large windows framing beautiful lake views. Just beyond, the spacious kitchen and dining area make gathering for meals easy. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everyday essentials for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to group dinners. The large dining table seats up to 14 guests, giving everyone room to sit down and enjoy a meal together. The sunroom offers another inviting space to unwind, with expansive windows overlooking the lake and a ping pong table for some friendly competition with family and friends.

Outside, the deck is a great place to take in the lake views and enjoy the fresh air. Fire up the BBQ for a cookout or gather around the outdoor table for breakfast or dinner overlooking the water. The grassy backyard provides extra room to relax and leads directly to the lakefront dock, making it easy to enjoy the scenery and spend time by the water.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests across 6 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, 3 twin beds, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Bedroom #3 offers a king-size bed.

Bedroom #4 features a twin-over-queen bunk bed.

Bedroom #5 includes a king-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom #6 features 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds and a smart TV.

The home also has a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity, along with a half bathroom for added convenience.

THINGS TO NOTE
- A washer and dryer are available in the home.
- The circular driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked on the road are subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
- This home is pet-friendly. An additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, applies and is not included in the total booking cost. Please contact the Customer Care Team after booking to arrange payment of the pet fee.
-The lakefront dock features a dedicated boat slip with an 8,000 lb. V-bottom boat lift available for guest use.
- Water skis, kayaks, floaties, pool noodles, and a lily pad are available in the dock shed for guest use.

Sunrise Beach is a wonderful base for exploring the Lake of the Ozarks region, where boating, fishing, swimming, golf, and waterfront dining are among the area's favorite pastimes. Spend your days on the water or venture out to Lake of the Ozarks State Park for hiking, scenic overlooks, swimming beaches, and outdoor adventures. For a memorable day trip, visit Ha Ha Tonka State Park, known for its dramatic bluffs, natural bridge, caves, quiet springs, and historic castle ruins. You can enjoy everything the Lake has to offer, all just a short drive from your peaceful waterfront haven.

- We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.

Pet Notes:
We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
- We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Dogs only.
- Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
- Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
- Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
