Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub and a single vanity.

Bedroom #4 also features a queen-size bed.

A shared full bathroom with a shower-and-tub combination and a dual vanity is available for guest use.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A washer and dryer are available in the home.
- Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and on the street.
- The property has (3) exterior security cameras: (1) at the front door facing the entrance, (1) at the backyard gate facing the gate, and (1) in the side yard facing that area.
- The private pool on the premises can be heated for your comfort with advance notice. The heating service is available at a rate of $55 per day and must be purchased for the entire stay.
