Inside, the main-floor living room features comfortable seating and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The open kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes counter seating, while the dining table seats up to 8 guests. The finished basement extends the living space downstairs, with a bar area for mixing drinks and a second kitchen for added convenience when preparing meals or snacks, plus a den with additional seating for movie nights or quiet downtime. The basement also opens directly onto the patio. Outside, the deck provides space to lounge or dine alfresco, and the BBQ grill makes outdoor meals easy to enjoy. The private indoor pool and hot tub offer options for cooling off or relaxing, while the gym space with a sauna provides room to exercise or unwind.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a single vanity. This room also offers an additional sink area, separate from the ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 offers a queen-size bed, deck access, a smart TV, and a desk.

Bedroom #4 features a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed.

The home also has 2 shared full bathrooms. One features a shower/tub combination and a single vanity, while the other has a walk-in shower and a single vanity. An additional half bathroom is also available for guest use.
