• 1907: Originally established as a two-story hotel welcoming stagecoach travelers, with lodging and meals once offered for just 25 cents
• 1980s: The Brown family transformed the original 13-room, two-bath property into five apartments

• Historic Layout: The property includes multiple buildings and levels, with interior and exterior steps required for access. Travis Suite features a spiral staircase, and Marble Falls Suite is upstairs.
• Outdoor Areas: Decks, porches, picnic areas & BBQ facilities may be shared with other travelers if accommodations are booked separately.
• Group Capacity: Maximum occupancy is 24 guests across six suites. Some guests will sleep on sleeper sofas, so review individual arrangements before booking.
• Events: Events, parties & large gatherings are not permitted.

- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. Evidence of pets during or after your stay will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
