The adjoining dining area has a table for 4, offering a place to share meals or plan your next island adventure. Just beyond, the kitchen has the essentials for preparing meals, along with counter seating for quick breakfasts and snacks. Downstairs, the separate studio includes its own kitchen and counter seating for 2. After a day at the beach, use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand and salt before heading inside.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests across 2 private bedrooms, a separate downstairs studio, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room.

Studio features a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and single vanity.

Bedroom #1 features a twin-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 features a queen-size bed and a smart TV.

The upstairs home also has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower for guest use.

- A washer and dryer are available in the home.
- Street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required, and 1 pass is provided in each unit. A $500 replacement fee applies for each lost pass.
- This home is pet-friendly and allows a maximum of 2 dogs. A $49 fee per pet applies to reservations with pets. Depending on the booking platform, this fee may already be included in your reservation total. If it has not been paid, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking to arrange payment. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required due to pets during or after your stay.
- The property has (2) exterior security cameras. Camera (1) is positioned above the garage and monitors the driveway and main entry stairs. Camera (2) is located on the front porch and monitors the front door entry.
