Just beyond, the kitchen has the essentials for preparing meals, along with counter seating for quick breakfasts and snacks. After a day at the beach, use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand and salt before heading inside.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests across 2 private bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 features a twin-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 features a queen-size bed and a smart TV.

The home also has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower for guest use.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A communal washer and dryer are available in the garage.
- Street parking is available for 1 vehicle. Parking passes are required, and 1 pass is provided for the unit. A $500 replacement fee applies if the pass is lost.
- This home is pet-friendly and allows a maximum of 2 dogs. A $49 fee per pet applies to reservations with pets. Depending on the booking platform, this fee may already be included in your reservation total. If it has not been paid, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking to arrange payment. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required due to pets during or after your stay.
- The property has (2) exterior security cameras. Camera (1) is positioned above the garage and monitors the driveway and main entry stairs. Camera (2) is located on the front porch and monitors the front door entry.
