An oversized island with bar stools offers extra seating, while the dining table seats 6 for shared meals. Just beyond, the living room provides a comfortable place to gather, with a plush sectional sofa and chaise lounge for relaxing or watching the smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the screened patio, where a table seats 4 for outdoor meals or a quiet break. Beyond the patio, the fully fenced backyard offers an open grassy area to enjoy the fresh air.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 features 2 twin beds.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed.

Bedroom #3 offers a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double vanity.

Bedroom #4 features 2 twin beds.

The shared full bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and dual vanities, giving guests additional space to get ready.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A washer and dryer are available in the home.
- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking may be used for additional vehicles; please follow posted street signs. Do not block sidewalks or fire hydrants, and do not park on the grass.
- The garage has an EV charging port, but the charging cable is not provided.
- An on-site BBQ grill is available to rent for $150 per stay. The grill cannot be placed in the screened patio.
- A Pack ’n Play is available to rent for $75 per stay.
- The home is equipped with (2) exterior Ring security cameras: (1) located at the front door and facing the entry walkway. (2) mounted at the top-left corner and facing the backyard screen door.

- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
- This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
