Inside, the kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full meal, with a countertop stove and essential appliances close at hand. Counter stools provide extra seating, while the dining table seats 4 and offers a spot to enjoy meals together. Just beyond, the living room invites you to settle in on the plush sofas, watch something on the smart TV, or enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace on cooler evenings. Glass doors open onto the patio, where you can fire up the BBQ grill for an outdoor meal or step outside for some fresh air between outings.

This 1-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests.

The bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and single vanity.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Parking passes are required and provided in the home. Display the passes on your vehicle’s windshield and leave them in the home upon departure.
- This home is pet-friendly and allows a maximum of 1 dog. An additional $50 pet fee applies and is not included in the total booking cost. Please contact the Customer Care Team after booking to arrange payment.
- The home has (2) exterior Ring security cameras. (1) is at the front door, facing the front step and parking space. The (2) is on the patio, facing the back patio.
- The boat dock is open from May through October, weather permitting. An additional fee of $18 per day applies.

Located in South Lake Tahoe, Keys Boating Escape provides a convenient base for exploring the South Shore. Visit Pope Beach and Camp Richardson for lakeside picnics, swimming, and shoreline views, or explore Emerald Bay State Park for hiking, scenic overlooks, and a visit to the historic Vikingsholm estate. For dining, shopping, and entertainment, head to central South Lake Tahoe or Heavenly Village, where you can also access the Heavenly Gondola. Depending on the season, the surrounding Sierra Nevada offers opportunities for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, fishing, and paddling.

SMOKING: Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.

PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.

LATE CHECK OUT: Standard check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Please be mindful that our housekeeping team requires adequate time to prepare the home for arriving guests. If you would like to request a late check-out, please call Customer Service as soon as possible so we can coordinate with our team. Late check-out is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and approval. Approved late check-out fees are: 11:00 AM – Complimentary, 12:00 PM – $30, and 1:00 PM – $60. Check-outs after 1:00 PM will be charged as an additional night's stay.


AGE: Primary renter must be 25+ years old

QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: In Tahoe it’s so quiet at night that you can hear a pin drop! As a result, we can only host quieter groups that will abide by all the county laws. Quiet hours are designated from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced. Noise that is “an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to neighbors(s)” is prohibited after 10 PM.

Outdoor lights must be out after 10 PM to enjoy the mountain stars and minimize light pollution.

FURNITURE: Do not move or rearrange the furniture.

PARKING: Parking vehicles off the pavement, on other person’s property/driveway, or on access easements is prohibited.

EVENTS & CAMPING: Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. Camping on private residences is prohibited, including tents, carts, RVs, etc.

KEEP TAHOE BLUE: Please help us keep Tahoe a natural wonder by appropriately disposing of trash when visiting our beaches and trails. If you pack it in, please pack it out. Do not leave trash in garage or house, place inside bear box.
