Terra Verde Oasis – Private Pool

A pond sits directly in front of the home, but most of the action happens out back. On the screened-in patio, two rocking chairs gather around a wooden-style coffee table and two lounge chairs sit beside the private pool, so part of the group can swim while the rest stay close by. Stepping back inside, the first floor living room brings everyone together on blue sofas with orange throw pillows in front of a smart TV. The kitchen's white cabinets and golden faucet keep the space bright, and it has everything you need for family meals, from a dishwasher for quick cleanup to a K-cup coffee maker for early starts on park days. Then gather at the glass dining table with seating for six to talk through the day. For some friendly competition, the garage game room has a pool table, air hockey, and a basketball game ready for kids and adults alike. Bedroom #1 includes two twin size beds.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes two additional full guest bathrooms - one on the first floor and one on the second floor, each with a shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. A daily fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. This fee does not cover damages, and pets may not be left unattended. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets.
- Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and can be purchased at the clubhouse for $25 per vehicle.
- Optional pool heat is available for $29 per night. Pool heat requires 48 hours' notice and must be purchased for the full stay. To add pool heat, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
- An optional grill rental is available for $150.
- High chairs and pack-and-plays are available to rent for $75 each.
- This home is equipped with (3) external security cameras: (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the entryway, (2) located at the rear left of the home and actively monitoring the pool, (3) located at the rear right of the home and actively monitoring the pool.
- A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

This home is less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and just up the road from restaurants and major stores at modern shopping complexes like Sunset Walk. In addition to the fun you'll have on property and exploring Disney parks, other nearby attractions include SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Lake Kissimmee State Park, and The Kennedy Space Center, all within easy reach. - Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
- Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
- This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
