- Prior to check-in, a detailed video walkthrough and photographs are taken to document the condition of the home; guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay, including additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in its original condition at check-out.
- This is a strictly non-smoking property; any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges.
- Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced — parties, events, loud noise, and unregistered guests are not permitted at any time; these regulations are monitored by the City, and violations may result in fines, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property without refund.
- Illegal drugs, including marijuana in any form, are strictly prohibited; any evidence of drug use will be reported to local authorities and the booking platform.
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; as a small, family-owned local host with frequent back-to-back reservations, strict adherence to these times is required, though alternative arrangements may be considered with at least 24 hours' advance notice and are not guaranteed.
- The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, at least one guest aged 25+ must remain on the property for the duration of the stay, and a valid government-issued photo ID may be required for verification; reservations that do not meet these requirements may be canceled without refund.
