As you enter, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals, along with an island counter with additional seating. Just beyond, the dining area features a table for 6. The living room includes a plush sofa, smart TV, and indoor fireplace, giving you a spot to sit back. A ladder leads to the loft, where you’ll find a kids’ area with a smart TV, portable fan, and room to relax or play. Glass doors open onto the upper deck, where you can lounge, dine alfresco, and take in water views. Downstairs, another living room features a sofa and smart TV, making it a great spot for movie nights or extra downtime. Just outside, the patio has cushioned seating, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill. From the patio, head down to the private dock for easy access to the lake and the home’s water activities.

This home accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area.

Bedroom #1 features a queen-size bed, smart TV, deck access, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and double vanity. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

Bedroom #2 provides a queen-size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen-size bed.

A shared full bathroom is also available with a shower and double vanity.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• A washer and dryer are available in the home.
• The loft has 2 twin beds available for guest use but not included in the advertised sleeping capacity or maximum occupancy; the loft has no dedicated A/C vents and may be warmer than the rest of the home, particularly during summer months.
• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring doorbell camera, located at the front door and monitoring the front entrance/driveway.
• This home offers dedicated parking for up to 3 vehicles in the parking lot. The parking area is located a short distance from the house, so guests will need to walk down a few steps to reach the front door.

Osage Beach offers plenty of ways to plan a day at your own pace. Visit Lake of the Ozarks State Park for scenic trails, swimming areas, and quiet coves, or head to the Bagnell Dam Strip to browse local shops, grab a meal, and experience one of the area’s longtime lakefront destinations. The surrounding area also offers golf courses, local attractions, marinas, and family-friendly entertainment, giving you plenty of options when you want to venture beyond the water. From exploring nature to discovering the local dining and entertainment scene, there’s plenty to experience nearby.
