When you arrive, drop your bags and walk out to the private pool. Inside, the living area is bright and open, with a large sectional sofa where the whole group can pile in for a movie on the smart TV. The kitchen sits right next to it and comes stocked with cookware, a dishwasher, and a Keurig for coffee before the day gets going. The counter seats 6, so whoever is cooking stays part of the conversation, and it doubles as the go-to spot for breakfast. Whatever brings you to Tampa, Cottage on the Bay gives everyone room to spread out and enjoy the trip together.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
- Garage and driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles, no parking pass required. Street parking is available; guests must observe all posted signs, parking restrictions, and street-sweeping schedules.
- Step-free access.
- This home is equipped with (3) external security cameras: (1) located at the front left corner of the house above the garage and actively monitoring the driveway and entrance, (2) located at the back door and actively monitoring the back door, (3) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front door.
- Long-term stays are allowed.

- Check-out: By 10:00 AM (late checkout only upon prior approval)
- No unregistered guests allowed on the property at any time.
- No parties or events are allowed. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors.

🚭 Smoking & Substances
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the home (vaping included). Subject to $500 fine.
- No illegal substances allowed on the property.
- Smoking outside is permitted only in designated areas and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

🐾 Pets
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Service animals must be reported, never left unattended, and any damages will result in additional charges.

🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Please treat our home with respect—just as you would your own.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns immediately so we can address them promptly.
- Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

🔐 Safety & Security
- Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.
- Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security systems, or exterior cameras.
- Only use appliances and equipment as intended.

🛏 Before You Leave
- Please take out the trash and place it in the designated bins.
- Load used dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle.
- Turn off lights, set AC to 78F, and turn off all appliances before departing.
