This combined rental brings together 2 separate homes, giving your group access to a studio and a 1-bedroom unit. In the studio, floor-to-ceiling windows beside the king-size bed fill the space with natural light and offer sweeping views of the surrounding area. A mounted smart TV provides entertainment, while the kitchenette includes ample counter space, a microwave, refrigerator, and Nespresso machine. The 1-bedroom unit features an open-concept living area with a plush sofa, a dining table for 4, and a smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a counter with additional seating. A private balcony extends the living space with panoramic urban skyline views.

Together, these 2 homes comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The studio sleeps 2 guests in a king-size bed and includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The 1-bedroom unit sleeps 2 guests in its private bedroom, which features a king-size bed and smart TV. The bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer are available in both homes.
• Valet parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, with 1 vehicle permitted for each unit. Parking rates are $35 for up to 6 hours or $60 per day for overnight parking, payable directly to the resort upon arrival.
• Guest check-in takes place at the front desk. Guests will receive their keycards upon arrival and must return them to the front desk at check-out. Please keep your keycards with you at all times, as building doors lock automatically behind guests.
• These homes are located on the 24th floor. Elevators are available for guest convenience.
• This rental is a combination of 2 homes: E11EVEN Miami | Rooftop Pool + No Resort Fees and E11EVEN Miami | Elevated Luxury Living. Smaller parties may book either individual unit for a comfortable stay.
