• Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the gravel driveway.
• This is a multilevel cabin—stairs are required to access the main entrance and the bedrooms.
• This historic home is full of warmth, charm, and one-of-a-kind character. Like any well-loved older home, it has a few quirks and imperfections—we hope you’ll embrace them as part of what makes your stay here so special and memorable.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM.

House Rules
• Must be 18+ to book.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
• Vacation rental use only.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours:
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection:
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets:
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning:
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances:
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
• Parking:

• Safety & Security:
No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
