🚗 Important Things to Note
• Parking: 2 parking passes provided. Additional parking is available along Lake Mary Road via the nearby footpath. No parking is permitted on Tyrol Lane. AWD or 4WD is recommended during winter months.
• Stairs: This is a two-level townhome with stairs required to access all sleeping areas.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is pet friendly. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
• HVAC: This home does NOT have AC.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Check-In/Check-Out
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
Occupancy
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets
If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.
Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
Parking
Follow local parking rules.
Fines for violations.
Safety & Security
No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
Properties may have surveillance.
Maintenance
Report issues promptly.
No refunds for mechanical failures.
Payments & Deposits
Major credit card required.
Security deposit may be used for damages.
Failure to return keys, key cards, pool passes, etc., will result in a $50 fine per key.
Lost & Found
$25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
