The living area features a plush sectional with electric end recliners and a chaise, along with a ceiling fan and smart TV, giving your group a place to spend time together. Just beyond, the kitchen centers around an island with additional seating, gray cabinetry, modern appliances, and playful Disney details. The dining table seats 8 for shared meals, while the game room adds another way to enjoy time together with a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table for friendly competition.

Step outside to the screened pool area, where the lanai creates space to enjoy the Florida outdoors. Chaise loungers surround the pool for sunbathing or taking a break between swims, while a round table, umbrella, and ceiling fan provide a spot for drinks, morning coffee, or casual meals. The private swimming pool features wide entry steps and an integrated spillover spa, while the grassy backyard, trees, and surrounding greenery add to the outdoor setting.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite full bathroom with a separate shower and tub, plus a double vanity.

Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower-tub combination and single vanity.

Bedroom #3 offers 2 twin-size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 provides 2 twin-size beds and a smart TV.

A shared half bathroom is also available on the main floor for guest use.

THINGS TO NOTE
- Washer and dryer are available in the home.
- Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles. Please do not park on the street or grass. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway.
- Pool heating is available for $39 per night and must be added for the entire length of your stay.
- BBQ grill rental is available for $150 per stay.
- Pack & Play with high chair rental is available for $75 per stay.
- A minimum of 48 hours' advance notice is required for pool heat, BBQ grill, and Pack & Play rentals.
- Pool access doors are equipped with Mickey Mouse alarm buttons for child safety. An adult must press the button before opening a pool access door. The doors must be completely closed to prevent the alarm from sounding. If the alarm sounds, press the button again to turn it off.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool. Please pick up all pool toys after use. The pool bathroom has direct access from the pool area.
- The pool company typically stops by on Thursdays around 4 PM to clean the pool. Guests do not need to be present during cleaning.
- This home is equipped with 3 exterior security cameras: (1) at the front door monitoring the entryway, (2) at the upper right corner above the garage monitoring the driveway, and (3) at the left middle side of the house viewing the pool equipment.

- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants

- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed

- Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by

- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.

- This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
