THINGS TO NOTE
• Washer and dryer are available in the home.
• Driveway parking is available for 1 vehicle. Additional unmarked parking is available across the road on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. Please do not block sidewalks or fire hydrants, or park on the grass. A maximum of 3 car passes can be provided per stay. Guests must present their confirmation of stay to the gate guard to receive a car pass, which is valid for the duration of the stay.
• Pool heating is available for $29 per night and must be added for the entire length of your stay.
• On-site BBQ grill rental is available for $95 per stay.
• Advance notice: A minimum of 48 hours is required for pool heat and BBQ grill rentals.
• This home is equipped with 5 exterior security cameras: (1) at the front door monitoring the entryway, (2) at the rear left corner facing the pool equipment, (3) at the rear corner facing the street, (4) above the TV in the lanai facing the pool, and (5) at the upper right corner of the roof facing the driveway.
