This home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across 6 bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 features a queen-size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes two twin-size beds.

Bedroom #3 offers a queen-size bed and Smart TV.

Bedroom #4 features a king-size bed, Smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.

Bedroom #5 includes a full-size bed and Smart TV.

Bedroom #6 offers a king-size bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combination and single vanity.

Two shared full bathrooms are also available. One provides a shower-tub combination with dual vanities, while the other offers a walk-in shower and single vanity.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer are available in the home.
• Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles.
• Pool heating is available for $29 per night and must be added for the entire length of your stay.
• On-site BBQ grill rental is available for $150 per stay. BBQ grill cannot be placed in the lanai.
• Pack and play rental is available for $75 per stay.
• This home is equipped with 2 exterior security cameras: (1) located at the entryway door, monitoring the front walkway. (2) located at the rear left of the home, monitoring the pool area only. This camera is NOT active.

Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
