The home is also pet friendly, offers driveway and street parking, and has an EV charging outlet available (please bring your own charger).

This home comfortably sleeps 16 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, & an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, glass shower, & separate soaking tub.

Bedroom #2 includes two queen size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, & access to the deck.

Bedroom #5 includes two full size beds, two lofted twin size beds, a smart TV, & access to the deck.

A half bathroom is available on the first floor. The third floor offers two shared full bathrooms, one with a double vanity & shower/tub combo and the other with a single vanity & shower. The basement full bathroom includes a full steam shower and sauna.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles, with driveway and street parking available.
• A private washer and dryer are available for guest use.
• An EV charging outlet is available. Guests must bring their own charger.
• The home is three stories. Please keep this in mind when considering mobility needs.
• This home is pet friendly. Up to 2 pets weighing up to 50 lbs each may be brought to this home with advance approval. A $40 per pet per night pet fee applies. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Pets must be well-behaved, are not permitted on furniture or beds, may not be left unattended in the home, and must be leashed or supervised outdoors. Please clean up after your pets at all times. Pets are not permitted in the sauna, steam shower, swim spa, or gym. Any damage or cleaning required beyond normal pet wear will be charged to the reservation, and if an undisclosed pet is found, the pet fee plus additional cleaning fees will apply.

Pet Policy
- This home is pet friendly — a maximum of 2 dogs (up to 50 lbs each) are welcome with prior approval.

- Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds, may not be left unattended in the home, and must be leashed or supervised outdoors; please clean up after your pets at all times.
- Pets are not permitted in the sauna, steam shower, swim spa, or gym.

Sauna, Steam Shower & Swim Spa
- Instructions are provided in the house manual and posted at each amenity — please use them at your own risk.
- Children must not use these amenities unsupervised.
- If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or another medical concern, please consult your doctor before use.
- No glass, no alcohol, and no diving in the swim spa.

EV Charging
- An outlet is available for electric vehicle charging; please note that you will need to bring your own charger as one is not provided on-site.

Noise & Neighbors
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM; this is a residential neighborhood and we ask that all guests be respectful of neighbors.

Security Cameras
- Exterior-facing cameras are located at the following points: (1) at the garage monitoring the driveway, (2) above the front door monitoring the front entry exterior, and (3) a Ring doorbell at the front entry monitoring the front entry exterior.
- There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor area.

Stairs
- Please note that this home is three stories — keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility limitations.
