● No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered occupancy.
● Park only in your assigned space and observe all posted street signage. (Sec. 66-58, parking prohibitions on certain streets)
● Garbage is collected Monday and Thursday; bulk items are collected every Tuesday. Cart out by 7:00 AM, returned promptly after pickup. (Sec. 58-69, residential refuse storage)
● Loud or disturbing noise — amplified music, generators, vehicle repair — isn't permitted at any hour, not just during quiet hours. (Ch. 34, Art. II, Noise Control)
● No smoking indoors.
