Bedroom #1 features 2 twin-size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 offers 2 twin-size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 features a king-size bed, smart TV, private patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and dual vanities.

A conveniently located guest bathroom, with a shower-tub combination and single vanity, serves the remaining bedrooms.

Step outside to your private outdoor retreat, where a shaded lanai with a dining table for 6 creates the perfect setting for morning coffee and alfresco meals. Beyond, the fully screened pool enclosure features a sparkling custom-curved swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Outside the enclosure, colorful potted plants and a private fenced backyard add a peaceful finishing touch to this relaxing resort-style escape.

• Pool heating is available for $29 per night and must be added for the entire length of your stay.
• On-site BBQ grill rental is available for $95 per stay.
• High chair rental is available for $75 per stay.
• Advance notice: A minimum of 48 hours is required for pool heat, BBQ, and high chair rentals.
• This home is pet-friendly and welcomes up to 2 dogs. Cats are not permitted. Please note that a $35 pet fee per dog, per day is not included in your total booking cost. To arrange payment, please contact the Customer Care Team after your reservation is confirmed.

Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
