Adjacent to the kitchen, a sunny breakfast nook with a round table for 4 overlooks the pool, while the second family lounge provides another Smart TV and comfortable seating with its own access to the lanai.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, smart TV, private access to the lanai, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and dual vanities.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin-size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 offers a queen-size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #4 features 2 twin-size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #5 includes a queen-size bed and smart TV.

Two additional full guest bathrooms are conveniently located on the second floor, one with a tub and shower combination and another with a walk-in shower, while a half bathroom is available on the main floor.

Outside, the oversized screened lanai is designed for effortless Florida living. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool, relax on the spacious sun deck, rinse off in the outdoor pool shower, or gather around the patio table with seating for 4. • Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles.
o Overnight street parking is not permitted.
o Parking on grass, RVs, motorhomes, buses, trailers, and boats is prohibited.
• Pool heating is available for $29 per night and must be added for the entire length of your stay.
• On-site BBQ grill rental is available for $95 per stay.
• High chair rental is available for $75 per stay.
• Advance notice: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for pool heat, BBQ, and high chair rentals so we can have everything prepared before your arrival.

This property is non-smoking. Violator will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
