Step outside to the private, enclosed west-facing pool area, secured with a child-safe fence and furnished for full days in the Florida sunshine. The expansive patio includes a large dining table for eight, a loveseat for two, two accent chairs, two chaise loungers, and a shaded overhang with two overhead fans. A waterfall feature spills into the main pool, while a separate spa also flows into the pool. Privacy panels, grassy areas around the lanai, string lights, and decorative flags add character to the outdoor space, creating an inviting setting for pool days, alfresco meals, and relaxed evenings.

This home comfortably sleeps 15 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

This room also includes a smart TV equipped with cable and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV equipped with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the hallway.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV equipped with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV equipped with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

This home also includes a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in garage.
• Driveway and street parking for 4 vehicles available. Parking passes required.
o Parking is available for up to 2 (two) vehicles in the driveway, 4 cars per address.
o Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
o Parking passes are provided at the clubhouse. Guests must check in with the guard at the gate, then proceed to the clubhouse to pick up passes.
o If the clubhouse is closed (outside 9 AM – 9 PM), passes can be obtained directly from the guard at the gate.
o No trailers, RVs, buses or boats in Solana

o Pool heat: $39 per night. 48 hours heads up needed, full stay.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;
o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the walkway to the front door,
o (2) located at the left side rear of the home and actively monitoring the pool equipment patio door.

Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
