Each studio has its own distinct character and layout. Fachwerk features German-inspired design with brick, rock, and wood details, wood floors, a smart TV with cable, small dining table, microwave, mini fridge, and single-serve coffee maker. Felson continues the rustic style with exposed brick and wood walls, cable-enabled smart TV, and a compact galley kitchen equipped with the essentials and a single-serve coffee maker. Upstairs, Kühl is a multilevel studio overlooking the courtyard, with a rustic ceiling, smart TV with cable, coffee bar with Keurig, mini fridge, microwave, and a small table for two. Rosemary provides the largest-feeling studio of the four, with an armchair and ottoman, cable-enabled TV, kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee bar, plus a dining table for four.

With four separate studios in one cottage setting, Fachwerkpalais gives your group individual spaces to retreat while keeping everyone close together throughout your New Braunfels stay.

Fachwerkpalais comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 studio units in one building:
• Fachwerk is a studio that comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed. This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a clawfoot tub.
• Felson is a studio that comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed. This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and an oversized walk-in shower.
• Kühl is a studio that comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed. This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
• Rosemary is a studio that comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 queen size beds. This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a dual vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE
• Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the closet of Building 3’s breezeway.
• Parking for up to 4 vehicles in all, with 1 covered parking stall available and additional parking available in the gravel lot across from the building.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• This home is the combination of all the units in Building 5 (Fachwerk, Felson, Kühl, and Rosemary). It is the 3rd building on the left as you enter the property.
• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.
• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.

- Please be respectful of other guests on the property and keep excessive noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours of 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- The pool closes at 10:00 PM, no exceptions.
- Please only flush waste or toilet paper — no wipes, paper towels, etc.
- No jumping or diving into the pool.
- No glass within 20 feet of the pool; broken glass requires draining the pool (minimum $500 fee assessed).
- No linens or towels may be removed from the property to use at the river.
- No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
