A 1900 Victorian-style home and survivor of both the 1900 Storm and Hurricane Harvey, this home has been fully remodeled with upscale finishes while retaining its historic character. The living room features a smart TV, board games, a couch, and armchairs, with a round glass dining table for six positioned just off the space. The kitchen combines white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances with a combo coffee maker, while a second formal dining room provides a larger table seating eight.

Outside, the deck features a dining table for al fresco meals, while the yard's fire pit and surrounding seating create a dedicated spot for evenings outdoors. The combination of historic architecture, updated interiors, and functional gathering spaces gives The Coast is Clear a distinct Galveston setting.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms; one a single vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
