Pecos features a Southwest-inspired design with a comfortable daybed, cable TV, a fully furnished kitchen with full-size appliances, a single-serve coffee maker, and a dining table for two. Thyme rounds out the collection with another comfortable studio featuring a smart TV with cable, a small dining table, microwave, and single-serve coffee maker for easy mornings. Lavender is a cozy studio with a smart TV equipped with cable, a small dining table, microwave, refrigerator, and single-serve coffee maker for convenient meals and refreshments.

Sweetwater is a studio that comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a king size bed and a full size futon.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The tub is a jetted Whirlpool tub.

Pecos comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom as well as a twin size daybed and a twin size trundle bed in the living room.

The bedroom includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The tub is a jetted Whirlpool tub.

Thyme is studio that comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Lavender is a studio that comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed.

THINGS TO NOTE
• Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the closet of Building 3’s breezeway.
• Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in all, with 2 dedicated covered parking stalls available and additional parking available in the gravel lot across from the building.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Building 4 is the 2nd building on the left as you enter the property.
• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

- Please be respectful of other guests on the property and keep excessive noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours of 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- The pool closes at 10:00 PM, no exceptions.
- Please only flush waste or toilet paper — no wipes, paper towels, etc.
- No jumping or diving into the pool.
- No glass within 20 feet of the pool; broken glass requires draining the pool (minimum $500 fee assessed).
- No linens or towels may be removed from the property to use at the river.
- No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
