Inside, the studio features a Southwest-inspired design accented by tall ceilings that create an open, airy feel. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and single-serve coffee maker, making it easy to prepare light snacks and beverages throughout your stay. The living area includes a mounted cable TV, a futon, and a rocking chair for relaxing after a day of exploring, while a bistro table for two provides a convenient spot for meals or morning coffee.

This studio comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a king size bed and a full size futon in the living area.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The tub is a jetted Whirlpool tub.

THINGS TO NOTE
• Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the closet of Building 3’s breezeway.
• Stall parking for 1 vehicle available. Additional parking located in the gravel lot across from the building.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Step-free access.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
• This home is the downstairs guestroom of the 2nd building on the left as you enter the property.
• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

- Please be respectful of other guests on the property and keep excessive noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours of 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- The pool closes at 10:00 PM, no exceptions.
- Please only flush waste or toilet paper — no wipes, paper towels, etc.
- No jumping or diving into the pool.
- No glass within 20 feet of the pool; broken glass requires draining the pool (minimum $500 fee assessed).
- No linens or towels may be removed from the property to use at the river.
- No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
