Paradise – Gruene Cottages

Designed for large families, reunions, and group getaways, Paradise combines multiple living and dining spaces while giving everyone room to spread out. Across the four connected accommodations, you'll find several comfortable sitting areas with smart TVs or cable TVs, including one living room with a daybed and additional seating and another featuring a seasonal wood-burning fireplace, comfortable chair, and ottoman. The property also offers a mix of convenient kitchenettes as well as one suite with a full kitchen offering barn door-style cabinetry and everything needed to prepare meals for your whole crew. Various dining options throughout this rental make it easy for everyone to gather or enjoy quieter moments throughout the stay.

Whether you're traveling with extended family, multiple families, or a group of friends, Paradise offers the convenience of staying together while maintaining the privacy of separate accommodations. This rental provides a comfortable home base for exploring everything Gruene and New Braunfels have to offer.

Paradise comfortably sleeps 16 guests between a combination of all suites located in Building 3.

Shiner Suite comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 1 private bedroom as well as a twin size daybed and a twin size trundle bed in the living room.
• The bedroom includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV also equipped with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The tub is a jetted Whirlpool tub.

Magnolia is a studio unit that comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 king size bed.
• This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Frio Suite comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.
• Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV also equipped with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
• Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds.

Concan studio comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a queen size murphy bed.
• This unit also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo with a jetted Whirlpool tub.

THINGS TO NOTE
• Communal washer and dryer available in the closet in the breezeway of the building.
• Lot and stall parking for 5 vehicles available. This includes 2 covered parking spots and additional overflow parking in the gravel lot at the Northeast corner of the property.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.
• Building 3 is the 2nd building on the right as you enter the property.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.

- Please be respectful of other guests on the property and keep excessive noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours of 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- The pool closes at 10:00 PM, no exceptions.
- Please only flush waste or toilet paper — no wipes, paper towels, etc.
- No jumping or diving into the pool.
- No glass within 20 feet of the pool; broken glass requires draining the pool (minimum $500 fee assessed).
- No linens or towels may be removed from the property to use at the river.
- No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
