Inside, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances and counter seating for four positioned beside the dining area, making it easy to chat while meals are prepared. The dining table seats six next to large windows that frame picturesque views of Table Rock Lake, creating a scenic backdrop for breakfast, dinner, or a game night. The living room includes three comfortable couches, a decorative fireplace, and a cable TV, with oversized windows that fill the space with natural light while showcasing the lake. Step outside to the private balcony, where comfortable seating overlooks the waterfront, providing a front-row view of the lake from morning coffee through sunset.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 is a lofted bedroom and includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• This home is a two level, fourth-floor unit with 9 steps down required to reach the elevator.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.
• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This enviable location also puts you within 15 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.
