Inside, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the comforts of home, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Counter seating for four connects the kitchen to the dining area, where a table for six is positioned beside large windows overlooking the surrounding scenery. The open layout keeps everyone connected whether you're cooking, dining, or relaxing together. The living room offers two couches, two armchairs, and a cable TV for comfortable evenings indoors. Heading outside, the private patio overlooks the lake and surrounding mountains, providing a peaceful setting to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the expansive views.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.
• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
