Shiner – Gruene Cottages

This cozy downstairs guestroom features two queen beds with tufted headboards and a private exterior entrance that opens directly into the room for easy access. A smart TV with cable provides entertainment while you get ready for busy days, while the kitchenette area includes a microwave, mini refrigerator, and a coffee bar with a single-serve coffee maker for simple meals and morning coffee. Whether you're returning from a day on the river or an evening enjoying Gruene's live music, Shiner offers a comfortable place to relax between adventures.

This studio comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 queen size beds.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The tub is a jetted Whirlpool tub.

THINGS TO NOTE
• Communal washer and dryer available in the closet in the breezeway of the building.
• Stall parking for 1 vehicle available. Additional overflow parking available in the gravel lot at the Northeast corner of the property.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
• Step-free access. This home is the downstairs guestroom of the 2nd building on the right as you enter the property.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• This home is a sister unit to other units in the building. For more space and a kitchen and living room that has a twin daybed with trundle, guests are encouraged to rent Shiner Suite.
• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

- Please be respectful of other guests on the property and keep excessive noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours of 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- The pool closes at 10:00 PM, no exceptions.
- Please only flush waste or toilet paper — no wipes, paper towels, etc.
- No jumping or diving into the pool.
- No glass within 20 feet of the pool; broken glass requires draining the pool (minimum $500 fee assessed).
- No linens or towels may be removed from the property to use at the river.
- No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
