Abbey Springs Pool & Beach Condo

Inside the condo, the living room features a large wraparound couch where everyone can stretch out, a smart TV mounted above the fireplace, and two sets of glass doors paired with oversized windows that fill the space with natural light. The open kitchen features white stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig for convenient mornings. For your family meals, gather around the nook-style dining area, complete with a table seating up to eight guests with a combination of chairs and bench seating. When you’re planning an evening in, the loft provides an additional place to unwind with a smart TV and games, creating a dedicated spot for entertainment. This condo also allows you to enjoy the fresh air from your private deck with an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals and comfortable seating for evenings spent under the stars.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a clawfoot bathtub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 sets of full-over-full bunk beds and a smart TV.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms; both with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
· Washer and dryer in home.
· Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.
· Right before guests enter the neighborhood, please note that there is a security checkpoint where community staff will issue access cards and parking pass(es). It is important to note that no more than 8 guests will ever be allowed onto the grounds of the community.
· Please note that GPS is often inaccurate within the Abbey Springs community. Pay close attention to house numbers when you turn onto the final street.
· Please note that parking for condos is first-come, first-serve and can become quite crowded, especially on summer weekends. Please park no more than 2 cars at the condo if space allows. Any additional cars will need to park in the main lot at the clubhouse.
· This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located on the second-story deck and actively monitoring the entirety of the deck area, and (2) a Ring doorbell located at the main entrance and actively monitoring the walkway up to the house.
