When you arrive, you’ll find yourself in the main living area where huge windows frame sweeping lake views. Watch the boats pass across the water as you settle into the couch, one of two recliners, or one of two armchairs while the smart TV plays in the background. The open kitchen keeps everyone connected, featuring stainless steel appliances, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, counter seating for two, and uninterrupted views that extend into the dining area. The dining table for six sits beside doors leading directly onto the deck, where a fire pit overlooks the lake for evenings spent sharing stories long after the sun goes down.

Head downstairs to the second living space, where a spacious sectional, smart TV, and convenient mini fridge make it the perfect hangout after a day on the water. Sliding doors open onto another deck, keeping the lake within view from both levels of the home. Outside, gather for lunch at the picnic area before making your way to the private dock. Launch one of the two provided kayaks or the paddleboard for a peaceful paddle across the cove, or bring your own watercraft and take advantage of the two personal watercraft lifts and open boat slip for effortless days exploring Lake of the Ozarks.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the main living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and balcony access.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and balcony access.

This home also includes a half bathroom and two (2) additional full guest bathrooms; each equipped with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking for 4 vehicles available. 2 cars may park in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Please do not block the road.
• Trailer parking is available in a designated trailer parking directly across the road from the house.
• This house offers access to a private dock.
• The dock is located down two long flights of stairs. Guests can drive down and park closer to the second set of stairs, if desired.
• The dock has a paddle board and two kayaks for guest use.
• The dock includes 2 PWC lifts and an open 10x28 boat slip.
• Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Portable crib provided.

This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

• We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay — dogs only.
• Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted; this policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
• Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times; excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
• Pets may not be left unattended in the property unless secured in a crate or carrier.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas; any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
• Pets are not permitted on furniture, including beds and sofas — please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
• Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations; pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
• Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
• By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure a wonderful experience for all of our guests!

Nestled in the heart of Missouri, the Lake of the Ozarks is a captivating destination that boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and vibrant culture. From its sprawling freshwater lake and picturesque landscapes to its lively events and family-friendly attractions, it’s an unforgettable escape for travelers of all ages! There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- Must be 25 to book — we reserve the right to verify ID at check-in.
- No smoking.
- No fireworks.
- The wood burning fireplace is not available for guest use.
- No parties — please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of your property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM — please be mindful of noise.
- We require all guests to adhere to local state laws requiring children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in lake water.
