Continue past the kitchen to a cozy lounge with a built-in bookcase, while the lower level also offers a utility lounge with a TV, providing additional space to relax throughout your stay.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 features a triple bunk bed with 1 elevated twin bunk positioned above 2 parallel twin beds.

Bedroom #2 includes 1 queen-size bed, 1 twin bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and ADA-accessible shower.

Bedroom #3 features a king-size bed, a private lounge area, and an ensuite bathroom with a central vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and separate walk-in shower.

A convenient half bathroom is located on the main level for guest use.

Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces overlooking the Saco River, surrounding marsh, and local boat docks. The main deck, accessible from the living room, features outdoor dining for 6 and a grill, while the enclosed sunroom offers panoramic waterfront views through sliding glass windows and a comfortable seating area beneath string lights. Guests can also unwind on the covered lower deck, complete with conversation seating, a hammock, and a rocking chair, creating a peaceful place to relax and take in the coastal scenery.

• This home is equipped with 2 external security cameras: (1) A Ring doorbell, located at the ground-level entrance and monitoring the driveway, and (2) located on the second-floor level and monitoring the driveway.
