Cushioned wicker seating, swivel armchairs, a decorative non-functional fireplace, and a smart TV create a welcoming place to gather, while the dining table seats six for shared meals. The kitchen includes modern appliances, a drip coffee maker, and generous workspace for preparing meals, with sliding doors from both the kitchen and dining area opening onto the deck to extend the living space outdoors.
The lower level offers a second living area with a smart TV, plush seating, a cozy reading corner with a pyramid bean bag, nesting tables, and a reading lamp, along with a bistro-style table for two. Guests also have direct access to the lower deck and the nearby utility area from this level.
This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is located on the main level and features a king bed, direct deck access, an ensuite shower-tub combination bathroom, and an open vanity.
Bedroom #2 is located on the lower level and includes 2 queen beds.
Bedroom #3 is also located on the lower level and features a king bed.
A convenient half bathroom is located on the main level, while the lower level includes a full guest bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home is pet friendly. An additional $50 fee per pet applies.
• Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Parking passes are provided inside by the front door and must be displayed on each vehicle's dashboard throughout your stay.

2. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box.
3. We cannot host extra people or allow parties.
4. We cannot accommodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt.
PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this owner’s permit we do reserve the right to ask guests to vacate the home and forfeit their reservation. This is a very rare occurrence and one we hate doing so we do our best to warn our guests before it comes to this.
