The good: Overall the unit was nicely furnished and comfortable... the beds were comfortable the linens were clean. The facilities in the condominium towers were impeccable. The workout room, the library, the game room, and all of the poolside facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall the facilities were five star with no complaints or shortcomings at all. The not so good : It appeared that there had been little to no cleaning underneath any of the beds or couches and there was quite a bit of dust and debris underneath them. The secondary bedroom shower curtain had mold and needed to be replaced. That should have been picked up on routine cleaning. The smaller bathroom stand up shower also had mold. The refrigerator had a couple of issues as well. The water dispenser did not work and we had to supplement with bottled water. The ice maker had been emptied before we arrived and it never could keep up with the demand so we had to supplement the with bagged ice. We had been told that the grill on the patio was a gas grill and it turned out to be an electric grill. It cooked more like an oven than a grill. We only used it one time but had planned on using it multiple times. And the door leading from the master bedroom to the balcony was extremely difficult to shut and secure due to its faulty handle and latch. The coffee maker had a leak in the reservoir & would leak water all over the kitchen counter. The 2nd bedroom bed frame was very rickety.
