Though the studio is located on a shared property with the main home, your accommodations feel wonderfully private, creating a peaceful escape in the heart of the city.

The true highlight awaits upstairs on your exclusive rooftop terrace. Soak in the hot tub beneath the Carolina sky, gather around the fire pit as the sun sets over the city, or relax in the comfortable lounge seating with your favorite drink in hand. Whether you're starting the day with coffee outdoors or ending the evening under the stars, Loft Haven combines the excitement of Charlotte with a private rooftop oasis you'll never want to leave.

This studio apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in living area.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Parking for 2 vehicles available, 1 parking spot in driveway and 1 parking spot on street.
• This studio apartment is an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) located alongside the property's main residence.
• We want to ensure your arrival is as smooth as possible! The property features a shared driveway, but you will have your own dedicated parking space right on site.
• The exterior yard is shared with the main house, where you might occasionally cross paths with the resident's friendly dog enjoying some time outside.
• Unbeatable Location & Transit: Want to skip the rideshare? Leave your car parked and take advantage of the nearby CityLYNX Gold Line streetcar station for an incredibly easy, car-free way to navigate the area.
• Guest Capacity & Pricing Policy: Our base nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. We are happy to accommodate larger groups, but please note there is an additional fee of $75 per person for any guests beyond the first two and up to a max of 4. This ensures our team has the pull-out couch fully set up, prepared, and stocked with fresh linens prior to your arrival!

- Additional house rules & instructions will be available to review in-unit — please be sure to review them upon arrival.
- No smoking indoors.
- Parties and social gatherings are strictly prohibited unless approved by the host.
- Please keep noise to a minimum between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM, during which time external speakers and music are not allowed.
- Park only in the designated area.
- Dispose of all trash in the bins provided.
- Keep outdoor furniture and the hot tub covered whenever not in use.
- We do offer early check-in and late check-out — a complimentary hour is available if arranged the night before; beyond that, a fee of $35.00 per hour applies.
