Outside, mountain living truly shines. Step onto the deck and settle into the comfortable seating while taking in the fresh alpine air. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a California king size bed, a smart TV, a fireplace, a desk, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin size daybed and a twin size trundle that can pop up to form one king size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a set of twin-over-full size bunk beds, a twin size trundle, and a video game console.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

- By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, Grand Welcome's policies, and San Bernardino County ordinances. Failure to comply may result in fines, eviction without refund, or other penalties imposed by San Bernardino County or property management.
- Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Please review San Bernardino County's "Being a Good Neighbor" guidelines for short-term rental visitors – they will be provided prior to your arrival.

Occupancy
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the home at any time.
- Children count toward total occupancy.
- Day visitors and additional guests are not permitted. Day visitors can be approved as long as the total number of guests does not exceed the permitted occupancy.
- The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.

Parking
- Parking is limited to driveway spaces.
- Street and yard parking are prohibited throughout San Bernardino County for short-term rentals.
- County enforcement is active, and violations may result in citations, towing, or other penalties.
- During winter weather, Caltrans requires all drivers to carry chains and/or have 4WD or AWD to access the property.

No Parties or Events
- This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and is intended for registered guests only. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

Smoking & Illegal Substances
- Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets
- Up to two licensed dogs are welcome with prior approval.
- Pet fee: $35 per dog, per night.
- Dogs must be disclosed and payment must be made before arrival.
- Dogs must remain leashed outdoors, stay off furniture, and may not be left unattended inside the home.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage.

Quiet Hours
- Green Valley Lake is a peaceful mountain community — please be respectful of neighboring homes.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Amplified music may not be heard beyond the property line at any time.

Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment.
- Refunds are not provided for circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, evacuations, power outages, health-related disruptions, insects, pollen, or other natural mountain conditions.

Winter Conditions
- Mountain weather can change quickly.
- Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains, including AWD and 4WD vehicles.
- Snow removal will be completed prior to arrival to the best of our ability.
- Shovels are provided should snowfall occur during your stay.
- Firewood is not provided.
- Power outages occasionally occur in mountain communities and are beyond our control.

Air Conditioning
- This home does not have air conditioning.

Fire Safety
- The San Bernardino Mountains are a high fire-risk area. Please help us protect our forest and community.
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
- Wood-burning fire pits and charcoal BBQs are not permitted.
- Cigarette butts must never be discarded outdoors.

Wildlife & Mountain Living
- One of the joys of the mountains is sharing the area with local wildlife. You may see bears, deer, raccoons, squirrels, mice, spiders, bats, flies, moths, ants, and other native species during your stay. The property is professionally serviced for pest control; however, wildlife and insects are a normal part of mountain living.
- To help prevent unwanted visits: keep doors and windows closed when not in use, store food properly, secure trash bin lids, and lock vehicles and the home when leaving.

Damages
- Please treat the home with care and notify us immediately if anything is damaged or not functioning properly. Reporting issues promptly allows us to resolve them quickly and minimize any inconvenience during your stay. Guests are responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional acts.

Security
- For the safety of our guests and property, this home is equipped with exterior security cameras. There are no interior cameras.

Liability
- This cabin is privately owned. The homeowner and property manager are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, loss of personal belongings, wildlife encounters, or events beyond our control.
- Lost-and-found items can be returned upon request. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the guest and are subject to a minimum handling fee of $50.
