• Street parking for 2 vehicles available, parking passes required. Parking pass will be inside of the property. Please return these passes upon check out. If lost or not replaced, a replacement fee of $500 is applied upon checkout.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $39 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at the front door and monitoring the exterior front door/entry area.
• Children’s books, toys, and dinnerware provided.
• Long-term stays allowed.
