This home comfortably sleeps 13 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a set of full-over-full size bunk beds, a twin size trundle bed, and a smart TV.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home offers parking for up to 7 vehicles; 2 spaces at the end of the driveway, 1 or 2 spaces in front of the garage, and 3 or 4 spaces along the circle drive - depending on size of vehicles.
• Garage is for owner use only. Parking is ample and guest-friendly, and the property features a much gentler grade compared to many Lake of the Ozarks homes, making access significantly easier for families, groups, and guests of all ages.
• There is a dock with 2 - 12' x 26' boat slips for guest use. The property is located close to the 19 MM of the main channel of Lake of the Ozarks.
• If bringing a boat, the nearest public boat launch and paid trailer parking is located at Lake of the Ozarks State Park Grand Glaize (PB2) 711 Public Beach Rd, Osage Beach, MO 65065 (573) 348-1233.
• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o Maximum of 2 dogs per stay — Dogs only. Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times — excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets may not be left unattended unless secured in a crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas — any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas — please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws — pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund. The location is ideal for guests looking for quick access to some of the Lake of the Ozarks’ most popular attractions, restaurants, shopping, and family entertainment, including mini golf, go-karts, arcades, and boating activities. The home is within walking distance of waterfront favorites like Dog Days Bar & Grill, known for its lakeside dining, pools, live entertainment, and family-friendly atmosphere. Additional nearby dining options include Wobbly Boots Roadhouse, Shorty Pants Lounge & Marina, Redhead Lakeside Grill, Pappo’s Pizzeria & Pub, and Li’l Rizzo’s.
