Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and deck/balcony access.
Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds, a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.
This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Do NOT go on neighbors' property, piers, or bulkheads. These are all PRIVATE PROPERTY and are not related to Sandbag Castle. Sandbag Castle has NO direct water access, only a water view.
Do NOT have parties in this house. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood with frequent police patrols. Relaxation and quiet are important aspects of Sandbag Castle and the neighborhood.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 8 adults and 2 children to sleep here.
Do NOT park any boats or trailers on the property.
Do NOT park more than 4 vehicles on the property.
