In the living room, a plush couch and comfortable armchairs surround a smart TV, offering the perfect place to gather after a day on the water. Just beyond, the kitchen combines style and function with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, counter seating for three, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers to make mornings effortless. The dining table for six creates a warm space for shared meals, while the seamless flow to the outdoor deck makes indoor-outdoor living feel effortless.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, access to a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and deck/balcony access.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds, a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

· Driveway and street parking for 4 vehicles available.
· This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera located at and actively monitoring the front door entry.
· Long-term stays allowed.

Orange Beach, Alabama is a laid-back beach town located on the Gulf of Mexico. It's a popular spot for families and couples to relax and enjoy the sun, sand, and water. There are plenty of things to do, from swimming and sunbathing to fishing and boating. You can also go shopping at The Wharf, a popular shopping and entertainment complex. And if you're looking for a taste of the local seafood, be sure to check out one of the many restaurants along the Gulf Coast Highway. Avail yourself of the fun restaurants and water sport rentals a block away at Tacky Jacks.

Visit the walking trails at the end of Marina Road and public fishing piers in Orange Beach.

Garbage pickup is Tuesday and Friday. Garbage cans must be put on Marina Rd. on Monday and Thursday nights.

BBQ only on the separate, designated BBQ area. NEVER, EVER directly under the house.

Please DON'T:
Do NOT SMOKE or vape in the house or on the deck. Our grandchildren have serious allergies to smoke.

Do NOT go on neighbors' property, piers, or bulkheads. These are all PRIVATE PROPERTY and are not related to Sandbag Castle. Sandbag Castle has NO direct water access, only a water view.

Do NOT have parties in this house. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood with frequent police patrols. Relaxation and quiet are important aspects of Sandbag Castle and the neighborhood.

Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 8 adults and 2 children to sleep here.

Do NOT park any boats or trailers on the property.

Do NOT park more than 4 vehicles on the property.

Climate Control:

In Summer: Turn A/C cool to 78 when leaving.

In Winter: Turn A/C heat to 60 when leaving.

OUTSIDE DECK: Bring in all wooden rockers and tables under overhang and out of rain.

Stack dark brown chairs against wall, under overhang.

Lighting: Turn one lamp on in den and each bedroom.

Security: Be sure all sliding glass doors are locked or have a piece of wood to keep from opening.
