TeeTime – Dual-Unit Stay

Comprised of 2 completely separate units that can be booked individually, TeeTime Blue and TeeTime Green, guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together, where both units become yours for the duration of your stay. Although each unit offers their own unique styles, both offer inviting living areas that open seamlessly to the kitchen, creating easygoing spaces for gathering after a day on the course or lake. Equipped with smart TVs, comfortable couches, and armchairs, the living rooms are ideal for relaxing conversations or movie nights. The kitchens in either unit feature stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers for slow mornings before tee time. Counter seating and dining tables for four provide plenty of space for breakfasts, cocktails, and shared dinners.

Downstairs in TeeTime Blue, the entertainment continues with a cozy basement lounge complete with a wet bar, recliner, and massage chair — the perfect place to unwind after a long day. While the second living area of TeeTime Green adds even more gathering space with a double-chaise sofa, two reclining chairs, a mini fridge, and a high-top table for game nights or casual drinks. Dual golf course-view sunrooms steal the show with panoramic fairway views and cozy seating perfect for morning coffee or a good book. Outside, the covered patio extends the experience with a grill and dining table for al fresco meals surrounded by fresh Ozarks air.

Together, TeeTime creates a spacious and memorable retreat designed for connection, comfort, and unforgettable days at the Lake of the Ozarks.

TeeTime Blue (Villa 124) comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

TeeTime Green (Villa 126) comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and access to patio with a view of the golf course.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home includes parking for 6 vehicles. 2 vehicles in each of the driveways and 1 vehicle can park in each of the garages.
• During peak rental season, guests may have to stop at the Guard house located at the entrance to the Old Kinderhook property. Guests will let the security personnel know they are renting a villa and provide the home’s address.
• This home is a combination unit composed of two units: TeeTime Blue and TeeTime Green. Smaller parties are encouraged to book one of these individual units for a more comfortable stay.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Only dogs under 50 lbs are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are secured in a crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests are responsible for complying with all local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security doorbell camera, located at the main entrance of TeeTime Green (Villa 126) and monitoring the exterior entryway and driveway.

Nestled in the heart of Missouri, the Lake of the Ozarks is a captivating destination that boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and vibrant culture. From its sprawling freshwater lake and picturesque landscapes to its lively events and family-friendly attractions, it’s an unforgettable escape for travelers of all ages! There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- Must be 25 years of age to book. We reserve the right to verify ID at check-in.
- No smoking.
- No fireworks.
- No parties. Please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during this time.
- We recommend that children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
- All guests are required to adhere to local and state laws, which require that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD when near or in lake water.
- Pet Notes: We understand that pets are part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
